晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值与24小时尿蛋白的临床研究

目的研究晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量的相关性。方法对不同肾脏疾病和其他疾病患者153份尿液标本,进行24h尿蛋白定量,晨尿尿蛋白定量与尿肌酐定量检测,计算晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐的比值,与24h尿蛋白定量结果进行比对。结果晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值与24h尿蛋白定量正相关。结论晨尿尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值可替代24h尿蛋白定量。

Objective To study the correlateion between uriua sanguinis protein - creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein excretion. Methods 24-hour urine and urina sanguinis were collected from 120 patients with different types of renal disease and other diseases. The protein, urine creatinine were detected and the urina sanguinis protein-creatinine ratio was calculated. The eorrelation between urina sanguinis protein-creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein was analyzed. Results There was correlation of urina sanguinis protein-creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein. Conclusions Urina sanguinis pretein-creatinine ratio ean replace the measurement of 24-hour urine protein.
