摘要
作者根据铝与8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H_2QS)和溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)的荧光反应,采用930型荧光计,测定水中铝含量在0~1.5μg/ml范围内有良好线性关系。方法的回收率为87.9%~105.0%,变异系数为2.9%~8.9%,铝的最低检出量和最低检出浓度分别为0.3μg和3×10^(-2)μg/ml。此法适于饮水和天然水中铝含量测定,具有灵敏、准确、所需仪器简单的特点。
A study on the fluorimetric reaction ofAl-H_2QS-CTMAB and conditions of the de-termination of aluminium in water by mod-el 930 fluorimeter is reported. A good line-ar relationship between the strength offluorescence and aluminum concentrations,ranging from 0 to 1.5μg/10ml, is observed.Interferences from other constituents inwater can be eliminated by the maskingeffect of 1, 10-phenanthroline and hydrox-ylamine hydrochloride and by using stand-ard addition method. The coefficient ofvariation and recovery vary from 2.9% to8.9% and from 87% to 105%, respectively.The detection limit is 3 ×10^(-2)μg/ml. Thismethod is rapid, sensitive, accurate andsuitable for the determination of contentsof aluminum in drinking and naturalwaters.
