摘要
组织公民行为是组织行为学中的一个重要概念,DiPaola等借鉴这一概念来研究教育领域中的教师组织公民行为。文章对组织公民行为的涵义,前因变量与后果变量进行了梳理,对教师组织公民行为的应用研究作了初步整理。未来的研究应该进一步探讨教师组织公民行为文化差异,加强自身的体系和特色建构,注重动态研究。此外,还需进一步拓宽教师组织公民行为的应用性研究领域,尤其重视对教师组织公民行为的干预。
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is an important notion in the subject of organizational behavior. DiPaola conducted profound investigations on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior using this notion. A summary is made about the meaning, the antecedent variables and the consequence variables of OCB and application researches are discussed about teachers' OCB (TOCB) in this article. Future researches should focus on probing into cultural differences of TOCB, enhancing system and characteristic construction, and paying much attention to dynamic researches. Furthermore, the fields of application researches should be expanded and special attention should be paid to intervention of TOCB.
