急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术55例临床体会

Clinical experiences on laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis in 55 cases

目的探讨急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的适应证及方法。方法回顾分析55例急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果44例完成LC,11例中转开腹,全组无胆漏及肝外胆管损伤等并发症,无死亡病例。结论急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术是安全可行的,成功的关键是正确处理Calot三角,术前病例选择适当。

Objective To investigate the indications and methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） for acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinical data of 55 cases of LC for acute cholecystitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among all the cases,44 cases were completed LC, and 11 cases were changed to laparotomy. No complications such as cholerrhagia and extrahepatic bile duct injury occurred. No case died. Conclusion LC for acute cholecystitis is feasible and safe. The successful key is processing Calot triangle correctly and the cases should be selected properly.
