摘要
我国融资租赁业经过20多年的发展,现在面临的一个关键问题是出租人应如何管理风险。本文在结合我国融资租赁业面临的主要问题和西方发达国家租赁市场经验的基础上,提出了完善我国租赁公司风险管理的途径。
During the development of 20 years in China financial lease industry, It is now urgent for financial lessors to enhance the risk management. This article in unifies the subject matter of our country financial lease industry and in the Western developed country leasing market experience＇s foundation, proposes that consummates of financial lessors risk management way in China.
