摘要
本文阐述了顾客化的概念及其在生产、营销、管理等方面的应用,指出了顾客化这一理念广泛应用的必然趋势。通过对现有顾客化研究文献的分析,指出了其存在的三个不足之处,以期为学术界开展进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
Based on reviewing the concept of customerization, the paper points out the inevitable development trend of this idea.Through analysis of the existing relevant literature, has pointed out its existence three deficiency. In order to provide some reference and draw for further research in the academic community.
