史学交流是人类文化的一种特质,也是史学生命力之所在。中外史学交流史源远流长,不过迄至近代,特别是到了19世纪末中外史学直接碰撞以来,才以其恢弘之势,写在人类史学交流的史册上。中外史学交流研究内容宏富,它将为史学史研究开辟新天地,即从它与汉学、马克思主义史学及后现代主义思潮之关联就可略见一斑。中外史学交流多途贯通,其主要有译书、教学、著述和讲学等。中外史学交流对于正在迈步走向世界的中国史学意义重大,也将给未来的中国史学研究的发展带来深远的学术影响。

Historiography communication is a special feature of human culture as well as the life of historiography. Sino-foreign historiography communication has a very long history, but its boom didn't come until modern time, especially the direct collision of Sino-foreign historiography at the end of the 19th century, which left behind a good page in its communication history. Sino-foreign historiography communication is very rich in its content and it has started a new era, which can be seen from the link of Sinology, Marxist science of history and post-modernist thinking. There are various ways for this communication, such as translation of books, teaching, writing and lecturing. It is of great significance for Chinese historiography which is going to the world, and will produce deep academic influence on the future development of Chinese historiography studies.
