自奶粉中检出粪肠球菌的报告

本文介绍了在进行奶粉微生物检验时,发现的疑似目标菌(大肠菌群)的非目标菌(粪肠球菌)的分离鉴定过程。提示我们进行奶粉特别是婴儿奶粉中肠球菌监测的重要性。

In this study, the isolation and identification of non-target cell enterococcus faecalis which was found as suspicious target cell coliform bacterium during the mi- croorganism examination of milk were introduced. The result indicated the importance of enterococcus faecalis monitoring of milk powder, especially infant milk.
