胸腺素β_(15)与前列腺癌分化、转移的关系

摘要 目的:研究Tβ15蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与前列腺癌分化、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法;结果:Tβ15蛋白在高分化前列腺癌高表达率为58.8%(20/34),在中分化前列腺癌高表达率为78.9%(15/19),在低分化前列腺癌高表达率为100%(8/8);在有淋巴结转移前列腺癌高表达率为37.5%(3/8),在无淋巴结转移前列腺癌高表达率为75.5%(40/53);结论:在前列腺癌中Tβ15蛋白呈高表达,在BPH和正常前列腺不表达;Tβ15蛋白高表达与前列腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤体积和淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义;Tβ15蛋白高表达在高/低分化肿瘤之间差异有统计学意义。 Objective: To study the relationships between Tβ15 expression and prostate cancer's differentiation and metastasis. Method: Immanohistochemisry (S-P method) was used. Results: High expressions of the Tβ15 in prostate cancer differentiation groups were high 58.8% (20/34), middle 78.9% ( 15/19), low 100% (8/8) ; in lymph node metastasis group was 37.5% (3/8), in non lymph node metastasis group was 75.5% (40/53). Conclusions: The Tβ15 expresses highly in prostate career; does not express in BPH and normal prostate tissue; high expression of the Tβ15 is significantly correlated with age, tumor volume and lymph node metastasis; and it is significantly correlated with high to low differentiation of Pea.
