奥沙利铂联合CF和5-FU治疗晚期大肠癌32例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin Combined with CF and 5-FU in the Treatment of 32 Patients with Advanced Large Intestine Cancer

目的：观察奥沙利铂联合CF和5-FU治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法：经病理组织学诊断的晚期大肠癌32例，奥沙利铂130mg／m^2，静滴3h，第1天；亚叶酸钙200mg/d，静滴2h，第1～5天；5-FU500mg／m^2，静滴8-10h，第1-5天；21天为一个周期，所有患者都按受3个周期的治疗后间隔1个月评价疗效。结果：32例总有效率为43．8％。完全缓解0例，部分缓解14例。主要毒副作用为消化道毒性，末梢神经炎，骨髓抑制等。无治疗相关死亡者。结论：奥沙利铂为主联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌疗效较好，毒副作用相对较小，可在临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and toxicities of using oxaliplatin （L-OHP） combined with CF and 5-FU in the treatment of advanced large intestine cancer. Methods： Thirty-two cases were diagnosed as advanced large intestine cancer by pathology, L-OHP130mg/ m^2 ivgtt, 3h, dayl; CF200mg/divgtt 3h, day 1-5;5-FU500mg/m^2 ivgtt 8-10h, day 1-5, every three weeks, after three cycles. The efficacy and toxicity interval of one month were evaluated. Results： The overall response rate was 43.8% , none case is CR, 14 case are PR. The primary toxicities were digestive tract toxicity, end-brush neurotoxicity and myelosuppression etc. and no dead case in treatment. Conclusions： The efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with CF and 5-FU in the treatment of advanced large intestine cancer is outstanding, and its toxicity is hess than others, so it can be used extensively in clinical treatment.
