摘要
目的:了解沈阳医学院学生钙营养知识和态度,为开展大学生营养教育提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,对在校学生818名进行钙营养知识和态度问卷调查。结果:该人群钙营养知识得分为(18.3±2.7)分,态度得分为(13.1±1.8)分。钙营养知识、态度得分女生高于男生,教育程度越高的学生成绩越好。视光学专业得分较低。钙营养知识与态度间有高度正相关关系(r=0.2,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析表明,性别、年级、专业与钙营养知识有关。调查对象迫切希望了解钙与健康关系占78.1%,其次是想了解的占19.4%、不想了解的占0.6%、无所谓的占1.8%。目前获得相关钙营养知识的渠道以报刊杂志和课堂教学为主,分别占65.8%和62.0%;而希望的途径是课堂教学、专题讲座,分别占61.1%和52.3%。结论:沈阳医学院学生钙营养知识掌握情况一般,但均有积极良好的态度。应开展有效的营养教育提高他们相关营养知识,为其健康行为的形成提供支持。
Objective: To understand calcium nutritional knowledge, attitude of students in Shenyang Medical College, and to provide scientific evidence for the nutritional education. Methods: A cluster sample of 818 students received the serf-designed questionnaire survey about calcium nutritional knowledge and attitude. Results: The average scores of calcium nutritional knowledge and attitude were 18.3 ±2.7 and 13.1 ± 1.8 respectively. The average score of the female was better than of the male. The higher the degree of precious education, the better the students' records was found. Calcium nutritional knowledgewas positively correlated with attitude (r = 0. 2, P 〈 0. 001 ). The results of multiple liner regression analysis indicated that gender, grade and specialty had a relation with calcium nutritional knowledge. Most of the students had desire to understand effects calcium and health (78. 1% ). At present, calcium nutritional knowledge was obtained by newspaper or books (65.8%) and teaching (62. 0% ), but they hope to get the knowledge via teaching (61.1%) and lectures (52. 3% ). Conclusion: College students in Shenyang Medical College are deft- cient in nutritional knowledge. Effective nutritional education should be carried out to improve the knowledge and provide support for forming healthy behaviors.
