摘要 本文介绍了的一种防气新技术——抽油泵泵筒内防气技术,它是依据气体和液体的流态性质,利用抽油泵泵壁结构,巧妙地将泵腔内无用的气体转化到泵腔以外,来减少和消除气体对抽油泵泵效的影响,同气锚等其它防气工具相比,泵筒内防气、排气具有相当强的主动性,它可以完全排除气体气锁的影响,最终提高含气油井的泵效。 This paper introduces a new kind of gas--proot technology which is the middle of pump barrel gas-proot technology in Zhongyuan Oilfield, including two kinds of pump which are the gas- escaping and gas-proot pump and the gas bailer pump. According to gas and liquid flowing characteristic, the gas-proot technology use pump barrel Construction, the useless gas in pump barrel is transferred to the outer of pump, Gas Influencing pump efficiency would be reduced and dissolved. Compare to Gas anchor, pump barrel gas-proot technology have very strong active, it would Completely dissolve gas- lock,and it improve the pump efficiency of high gas-bearing.
