摘要
微米燃料是以农林废弃物为原料,通过高效的破碎工艺而制成的一种粉体燃料.本文阐述了生物质微米燃料的生产工艺,分析了不同原料(玉米秸秆、棉花秸秆和松木木屑)制成的微米燃料的物理特性(形状、密度、粒径分布),并与萍乡煤对比,进行了微米燃料工业分析、元素分析、TG和DTG分析.这为深入研究微米燃料的热化学性质奠定了基础.
A kind of powdery fuel biomass micron fuel (BMF) is produced from agricultural wastes and crushing process. In this paper, the process of producing BMF is reported, physical characteristics (shape, density and particle size distribution ) of BMF from corn stalk, cotton stalk and pine sawdust are analyzed. Compared with coal from Pingxiang, proximate and ultimate analysis, (TG) and digital thermogravimetry (DTG) of BMF are done. This paper would be a basis to study thermochemistry characteristics of BMF.
