摘要
采用毛细管区带电泳法测定了枳实中柚皮素的含量.在30mmol/LNa2B4O7缓冲溶液(pH=10.00)的条件下,实现了被测组分的有效分离.测得的枳实中柚皮素的含量为:0.5867mg/g,RSD=4.12%(n=4).柚皮素的平均回收率为114.7%(n=3).为中药枳实的质量控制提供了新方法.
The capillary zone electrophoresis is used for the determination of the content of the naringenin in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. In 30 mmol/L Na2B4O7 buffer condition (pH = 10. 00), the component' s effective separation has been achieved. The content of naringenin in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus is 0. 5867 mg/g, RSD =4. 12% (n =4). The average recovery of naringenin is 114.7% (n =3). A new method of the quality control of Fructus Aurantii lmmaturus herb is given.
