摘要 以工业废渣粉煤灰为主要原料,辅以少量试剂,合成了用量少、生产成本低、无毒、性能高的无机高分子混凝剂——聚硅酸硫酸铝,确立了合理的实验条件.混凝沉降实验表明,所合成的聚硅酸硫酸铝混凝剂对于高色度、高浊度废水的混凝沉降效果明显优于传统的无机混凝剂,但其混凝处理效果受废水pH值的影响较大,适宜的pH值范围为5~7. This paper mainly deals with the new high- activity inorganic polymeric coagulant (polyaluminum sulfate silicate) produced with industrial residue powdered coai ash and few auxiliary reagents. This coagulant is little in use level, low in producing cost, high in performance, and non - hazardous. It has established some reasonable experiment conditions. The studies we have performed by flocculating set tling experimentation show that the effectiveness of PASS obviously excels that of traditional polyaluminum chloride and aluminum sulfate when dealing with the high chromaticity and high turbidity wastewater, but the influence of pH on the coagulating effect of PASS is greater than that of the other. The suitable range of pH value is 5-7.
