我国退役运动员安置存在的问题及其策略

On the Placement Problem of the Retired Athletes in Our Country

通过文献资料法,对我国退役运动员的安置情况进行了调研,结果发现:我国经济体制转轨,运动员培养机制不合理,缺乏系统的退役运动员管理措施和有效的监督机制,是导致目前我国退役运动员安置困难的主要原因.为了妥善安置退役运动员,应强化以"学校"为依托的运动员培养模式,改革专业化的训练体制,加强运动员社会保障,并以市场为导向,拓宽运动员就业渠道.

Through looking up the literature material, the author has had a study on the placement problem of the retired athletes in our country and the result shows that the difficulty in replacing retired athletes in our country is chiefly due to the transformation of the economy in our country, unreasonable athlete-training mechanism, the lack of systematic management of the retired athletes and effective supervision mechanism. In order to replace athletes properly, we should emphasize the athlete -training model attached to ＂schools＂, reform the specialized training system, strengthen athletes＇ social securitY and broaden athletes＂ employment channel guided by the market.
