In current learning society, it is quite significant to initiate reading and studying campaign among college cadres. College should initiate reading and studying campaign for a new surge in study to train literary cadres. College cadres should recognize the importance and necessity of reading and studying to strengthen their serf-consciousness and stringency in study. They should grasp the main points, study systematically and arrange their learning contents reasonably.
