试论名城镇江山水生态市建设

On the ecological construction of the famous city of Zhenjiang

镇江生态市建设植根于自然山水生态环境和深厚的历史文化基础之上,应以人与环境高度和谐统一为主线,加快落实城市总体规划,合理调整城市功能和用地结构;坚持"环保优先"理念,大力开展生态环境修复和重构;加强城市生态绿地建设,创造优美的城市人居环境;建设生态文明,构建山水城市人文生态特色空间;加强宣传教育,普及和提高公众的生态文明意识。

The ecological construction of famous city of Zhenjiang is rooted in the natural hill and water ecological environments and rich historic and cultural foundation. It should focus on the main line of human and environment harmonization and quicken the general city planning and reasonably adjust the city function and land exploitation structure. In the construction, we should insist on the conception of environment priority, make great efforts in ecological environment renovation and restructure, strengthen ecological green land building, create beautiful environments for living, construct ecological civilization and develop humanly ecological special room with hill and water. In addition, publicity of the city should also be strengthened to improve the public awareness of the ecological civilization.
