历史街区及周边地段保护与开发的几点思考

历史街区是保存文物丰富并且具有重大历史价值或者革命意义的城镇、街道、村庄。历史街区在开发工作中存在一些认识误区,如历史街区开发就是房地产开发或旅游开发,言必谈"新天地",保护和开发步子和规模要大,"权利审美"倾向严重等。以镇江为例,在历史街区保护与开发中也是有得有失,应总结推广西津渡古街区保护与开发的成功经验。

Historical Street Blocks are streets which contain rich and varied historical relics of grave historical value or revolutionary significance. There are some misunderstanding in the conservation and exploration of historical street blocks and surrounding district： its exploration is equal to real estate exploration; Xintiandi is always mentioned; faster pace and large scale of exploration are in demand; ＂power aesthetics＂ mood is serious; etc. Taking Zhenjiang as an example, it analyzes the problems of the former jobs and sums up the experience gained in the conservation and exploration work of Xijin Ferry Historical Street Blocks.
