摘要
高校作为事业单位,其工资制度也历经多次变革。当前新一轮分配制度改革已正式在高校展开,建立了岗位绩效工资制。高校岗位绩效工资制的实施受诸多因素影响和制约,高校工资的管理实践也应随之转换和变化,以确保高校新工资制度的有效运行。
At college as a unit of public institution, its salary system has experienced reform many times. Currently the new distribution system reform has already been launched at college, and the system of job subsidy for performance has been established. The implementation of the system is subject to much influence and restriction. For the sake of the new salary system's valid running, the management of salary should also transform and change along with it.
