本文全面回顾了东风汽车公司20多年来在产品自主开发方面走过的成功历程,介绍了整车开发过程中如何处理总成开发和产品系列开发的关系。坚持自主开发,走发展民族汽车工业之路,再创东风辉煌的经验是我国汽车企业争相仿效的成功榜样。
The successful experience of Dongfeng Auto- mobile Works for independent development during more than 20 years is reviewed in this paper.How to handle the relationship between assembly devel- opment and products series development during the total vehicle development is introduced.The expe- rience of Dongfeng Automobile Works is a success- ful exeample in Chinese automotive enterprises.
