摘要
建立了重型载货汽车广泛采用的滑板式钢板弹簧悬架变接触点动力学模型,提出了一类弹性体变接触点约束问题的求解方法。对这种悬架进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了动刚度的变化特性,仿真分析结果与试验结果吻合。
A dynamics model has been established for flat end leaf spring suspension of variable supporting contact point broadly used in heavy duty trucks. Also the solving method for a kind of restraint problem of variable contact point elastic body is suggested. Dynamic simulating analysis of this suspension is carried out and variation characteristic of dynamic rigidity gained. The result of simulating analysis coinsides with that of test.
