永磁同步电机步进控制在武器定位系统中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前压制兵器均要求自动定位功能以实现快速和精确瞄准,与用于运动跟踪的随动系统相比较,步进控制本质上是离散定位的,控制简单,因而更易于和适于角位控制。同步电机步进控制研究采用直接电流矢量跟踪控制,开环最优轨线方法,时间最优控制和开环步进-闭环补偿等新方法,研制出了定位驱动一体化实验样机,并以某压制兵器参数构成被控实验对象进行了大惯性永磁同步电机定位系统研究。实验结果表明,同步电机步进控制启动转矩大,精度高,鲁棒性好,力矩/电流比大,可以满足压制兵器的定位控制要求。 At present most of the suppressive weapon systems require to have the auto-location capability to aim fast and accurately, compared with tracking servo system, the step-motion control is discrete in essentials, its control is simple and more suitable for angular position control. The reaserch on PMSM step-motion control technology made use of many new methods such as direct current vector tracking control, open-loop optimization rail, time optimization control, open-loop step-motion and closed-loop compensation etc. The integrated test prototype of positioning-driving was developed. Taking parameters composition of a type of the neutralization weapon system as control test object, research on location system of large inertia PMSM was accomplished. Experimental results showed that the location control system has excellent advantages of large starting torque, high accuracy, good robustness and high torque/ current ratio. The system can be satisfied with the requirement of position control of neutralization weapon systems.
