摘要
遥控武器站是应对未来中低强度作战的武器系统,一般由炮控系统、枪控系统、伺服系统、观瞄系统、数据传输系统、操控终端和状态检测与显示系统等功能模块组成。数据传输是影响遥控武器站发挥作战效能的重要因素。使用CAN总线取代传统的点点连线,提出了由单片机C8051F040、总线收发器SN65HVD230、屏蔽双绞线、旋转连接器和光耦6N137组成的数据传输系统,并制定了各功能模块标识,编写了F040初始化、报文发送和报文接收的程序代码。
Remote control weapon station is the weapon system used in the future moderate-low intensity battle. It is composed of functional modules as fire control system, gun control system, machine gun control system, servo system, observation system, data transmission system, management control terminals, state detection and display system etc. Data transmission is an important factor that has influence on battle effectiveness of remote control weapon station. CAN bus was used to replace traditional point to point connection. A kind of data transmission system composed of SCM C8051F040, bus transceiver SN65HVD230, shielded twisted pair, rotating connector and optocoupler 6N137 was proposed. Each functional module identity was developed. Program codes of F040 initialization, message transmission and message receiving were prepared and programmed.
