摘要 为了对解决具有多目标和多准则评价问题,给出了模糊德尔菲法评价方法。首先将评价的对象层次化,再让专家用语言变量来评价各准则和指标,并将语言变量转化为梯形模糊数。为了保证各位专家评价结果一致性条件,采用德尔菲法来进行调整,达到一致性条件后进行综合性能集总,得到评价结果的模糊数,给出了3种主战坦克的综合性能评价结果。评价结果表明,综合性能最好的主战坦克是M1A1,评价结果与其他评价方法结果相符,说明该方法可以有效地解决这类多目标和多准则评价问题。 In order to solve problems of multiple objective, multiple criteria evaluation, the fuzzy Delphi method was given. At first, evaluation objects were divided into hierarchical structure, then each criteria and index were evaluated by experts by use of linguistic variables, and the linguistic variables were turned into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. In order to ensure consistent condition of expert evaluation result, the study was ajusted by means of fuzzy Delphi method. After arriving at consistent condition, integrated performance lump was executed to obtain fuzzy numbers of evaluation result. The integrated performance evaluation results of 3 types of main battle tank were given. The evaluation results showed that the best main battle tank in the range of integrated characteristics was M1A1, and the evaluation results were coincidence with the results of other evaluation methods. This method can effectively solve problems of multiple objective, multiple criteria evaluation.
