摘要
通过对鄚任输油管线采出液水质特性分析及影响腐蚀的因素试验,找出了引起该管线腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是细菌腐蚀,并研制出了复合型缓蚀剂。采取加药治理措施后,在投药量为50mg/L的条件下,管线内腐蚀速度〈0.076mm/a,杀菌率达到100%,使鄚任管线腐蚀得到了有效控制。
The water analysis and corrosion element test is made on the oil well fluid in the Maozhou - Renqiu oil transmission pipeline. It finds microbiological corrosion is the major cause of corrosion perforation of the pipeline and a compound corrosion inhibitor is developed accordingly. With the chemical dosage of 50 mg/L, the internal corrosion rate of the pipeline is less than 0. 076 mm/a and 100% bacterial destruction is obtained. Therefore, the corrosion of the pipeline is controlled effectively.
