摘要
陕谱技术广泛应用于工业设备的磨损工况的监测中,现将其应用于汽车发动机上,进行试验研究。首先对取自不同行程的汽车发动机润滑油进行铁谱分析,然后利用数理统计的方法确定发动机安全工作的“基础监测值”,以此来实现对发动机故障的诊断。
The iron spectrum technique is broadly utilized in monitoring the wear mode of industrial equipment,now in this case,it is applied to test and research work of motor rehicle engine. At first,lubricating oil of motor vehicle engine of different driving mileage are collected to make iron spectrum analgsis,then the'basic monitoring value'of engine safety work is determined by means of mathematical statistics,which is used as criterion in engine trouble diagnosis.
