长输管道在运行过程中，经常要对发生穿孔的位置进行修复，修复的位置则可能成为管道安全运行的薄弱环节。通过试验研究，对在役管道的焊接修复位置采用X射线探伤和分解，对焊接中产生的缺陷进行总结分析，确定缺陷对管道安全运行的影响。

IDuring the operation of the long distance transmission pipeline, it needs repair the corroded and penetrated points often and often and consequently the repaired points become the weak points in view of the safety operation of the pipeline. In this study, the welding repaired points in the in - service pipeline are X -ray detected and decomposed and the welding defects are analyzed and summarized. The effect of the defects upon the safety operation of the pipeline is discussed.
