Physico-chemical Characterization of Human Seminal Plasma Specific Antigen p30

作者在分离纯化人类精浆特异性抗原p30的基础上,用不同凝胶浓度的SDS-PAGE检测该纯化p30的分子量,用等电聚焦检测其等电点,并分析其氨基酸组成。结果证明p30与前列腺特异性抗原属同一种糖蛋白。本文还探讨了不同作者所测p30理化参数不一致的原因。

Human seminal plasma specific antigenp30.which has been characterized by otherauthors under the name of prostate-specificantigen or γ-seminoprotein, has beenporified. This communicaion describes thephysico-chemical characterization of p30demonstrated by various SDS-polyacrylami-de gel electrophoresis and isoelectrofocusingas well as amino acid analysis. The resultsshowed that the molecular weight of p30was 33 kd and its isoelectric point wasaround pH 6.9. Its amino acid compositionwas similar to that of prostate-specificantigen.It is concluded that p30 purified byour laboratory and prostate-specific antigennamed by Wang are the identical one ofisomers.
