摘要
以熊果酸的提取率为指标,采用回流提取法的单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法对女贞子中熊果酸的提取工艺进行了优化,得到最佳提取参数为:提取温度80℃,提取时间120min,料液比1∶9,乙醇体积分数90%,提取次数2次.在该条件下,熊果酸提取率为5.12%.
The optimum conditions of extraction procedure was obtained with the extraction efficiency of ursolic acid by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum conditions.con- centration of alcohol 90%, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 120 rain, ratio of solid to liquid 1 ： 9,extraction times 2,extraction rate of ursolic acid 5.12 %.
