摘要
针对目前超声电机(Ultrasonic Motor,USM)驱动技术的研究现状以及USM驱动电路集成化、一体化、小型化的发展方向,提出了USM驱动信号源的ASIC(application-specific integrated circuit)解决方案.方案设计中采用了改进的直接数字频率合成(Direct Digital Synthesis)技术和过采样调制技术,解决了传统DDS中存在的一些问题,并利用Candenc IC设计软件建立了USM的电学模型和仿真验证平台,仿真结果验证了方案的可行性与正确性.
Firstly, the present status of USM (Ultrasonic Motor) drive is (application-specific integrated circuit) scheme is brought forward accordin ment of integration, unification and miniaturization for USM drive. The studied. A ASIC g to the develop- technique of ira- proved DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) and over sample modulate are introduced in the scheme,solved some problem in traditional DDS technique. The simulation used Candence software verified the correctness and feasibility of the design.
