摘要
为顾客创造并传递价值是企业成功获取自身价值和竞争优势的重要前提.分析了企业以顾客利益为出发点的重要性,建立了完全信息下企业与顾客之间的博弈模型和不完全信息下企业与顾客之间的信号博弈模型,提出了企业提高顾客价值的途径:增加顾客的收益和降低顾客获取价值的成本,并指明了未来的研究方向.
For customers to create and convey the value of enterprises success is access to their own value and competitive advantage of an important prerequisite for. Analysis of en- terprise customer interests as the starting point of the importance that established the com- plete informational game model and incomplete signal game model between enterprises and customers, and brought forward a way enterprises can improve customer value: increase cus- tomer revenue and reduce the cost of customer acquisition value and pointed the research di- rection of future.
