摘要 研究膨润土对金银花水提物和绿原酸纯品的吸附,考察了时间、温度、浓度对吸附的影响.实验表明:膨润土对金银花水提物中绿原酸有较好的吸附效果,它对绿原酸的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,且受时间、温度、浓度的影响,可作为一种有发展前景的絮凝中药水提物载体. The paper studies the bentonite adsorption extract of Lonicera and chlorogenic acid as well as its time, temperature and concentration on the adsorption effects. The experiments have the following results; Bentonite has a better absorption effect in chlorogenic acid in the extract of Lonicera, bentonite chlorogenic acid on the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, and is affected by the time, temperature and concentration, while bentonite can be used as a promising adsorbent for the selective flocculation water extract of Chinese medicine.
