摘要
作者对40只患糖尿病性白内障大鼠的毛发和20只正常大鼠的毛发进行了电子自旋共振(ESR)测定,发现糖尿病性白内障大鼠毛发的g因子高于正常大鼠,其毛发的ESR讯号强度约为正常大鼠毛发的3倍,且重复性好。这一结果表明,在大鼠白内障的形成过程中,自由基粒子和其他顺磁性物质的粒子数目有明显增长。
The hair taken from 40 rats with dia-betic cataract and 20 normal controls wastested by using ESR. It was found thatthe 'g factor' of the hair of the rats withdiabetic cataract is higher than that innormal controls. The intensity of ESR sig-nals of the hair taken from rats with dia-betic cataract is three times higher thanthat of ESR signals of the hair fron thenormal controls. The results have suggesteda good reappearance and a remarkableincrease in number of the free radicals andother particles of paramagnetic substancesduring the course of the development ofthe rats' diabetic cataract. The study pro-vides new suientific data for the theory offree radicals damaging to the crystal in theprocess of the formation of diabetic cata-red.
