肝脏是人体代谢、生物转化的重要器官。肝脏疾病临床、药物代谢以及药效药性评价等医药研究都需要一个肝脏的体外模型作为研究平台。目前国内外研究认为,人胚胎肝细胞是构建肝脏体外研究模型的较理想材料。随着肝脏临床及基础研究的日益深入,对胚胎肝细胞体外模型的数量和质量的要求将越来越高。主要对人胚胎肝细胞的分离、培养、鉴定及冻存技术的研究进展进行综述。

The liver is organ of important supersesson of human body. We need a body outside model to do the research of curing the disease of liver, the supersesson of drugs, the potency and evaluation the property of medicion. The cell of liver of man＇s embryo is a more ideal material to form a body liver outside model. So this thesis makes the roundup to technology of separates, develop, freeze and keep of 4he cell of liver of man＇s embryo.
