通心络胶囊在心脏X综合征中的应用

Clinical Application of Tongxinluo Capsule in Cardiac Syndrome X

目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征的疗效。方法:确诊的心脏X综合征患者64例,随机分为对照组(n=30)和治疗组(n=34),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服通心络胶囊3粒,每日3次,连用4周,观察心绞痛症状及心电图缺血性ST-T改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组在治疗后无论是心绞痛症状还是心电图改善情况均有显著的疗效,并明显优于对照组,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊具有保护血管内皮功能,改善微血管循环障碍,提高冠状动脉血流储备能力,减少心绞痛的发作,改善心电图的异常改变。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating patients with cardiac syndrome X （ CSX ）. Methods： The study was conducted on the 64 patients with CSX, who were randomly assigned to the control group （ n=30 ） and the treated group （ n=34 ）, the treated with 3 Tongxinluo capsules in addition to conventional treatment, three times per day, the treatment course was 4 weeks. The change of such symptoms as angina pectoris and ECG ischemic ST-T were observed. Results： After treatment, such symptoms as angina pectoris and ECG ischemic ST-T in the treated group were improved more than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Tongxinluo capsule could protect the vascular endothelial function, improve microvascular circulation disorder, increase coronary flow reserve and reduce the frequency of angina attack and improve the abnormal change of ECG.
