清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗难治性肾病综合征临床研究

A clinical research on the therapic plan of eliminating damp-heat and activating blood of Traditional Chinese Medicine together western medicine in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome

目的:回顾性分析总结以清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗的难治性肾病综合征患者60例,其中采用中药清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗30例(列为治疗组),单纯采用西药治疗30例(列为对照组),对两组进行分析比较,随访1年观察前后两组24h尿蛋白定量,血浆白蛋白,肾功能的变化。结果:治疗1年总缓解率分别为93、3%及73、3%,(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿活血方案联合西药治疗难治性肾病综合征具有明显优势。

Objective ： Analyzing the cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome（RNS） retrospectively and summarizing the therapeutic effect of the special therapic plan,which is consist of eliminating damp-heat and activating blood of TCM and western medicine.Method： Collected 60 patients of RNS,and divided them into comparison and therapeutic group in random. Western medicine is used in the two groups,while eliminating damp-heat and activating blood of TCM is also used in the therapeutic group.Compared the transmutation about quantitation urine protein of 24 hours, plasma-albumin, renal function.Results：Remission rate is 93.3% in therapeutic group,and 73.3% in the comparison group （P〈0.05） a.fter one years later. Conclusion： The therapic plan of eliminating damp-heat and activating blood of TCM,together western medicine in the treatment of RNS have predominant curative effect.
