目的:探讨中药内服配合手法松解治疗重症肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择86例重症肩周炎患者采用中药内服配合手法松解进行治疗,然后判定疗效。结果:生活自理能力:自理48例,基本自理36例,需他人协助2例,无改善0例;总有效率97.67%。结论:中药内服配合手法松解治疗重症肩周炎疗效好,值得推广。
