目的:为了探讨治疗恙虫病致肾损害有效而病人更易接受的药物。方法:应用阿奇霉素联合大黄组24例,并和20例阿奇霉素联合丹参组进行分析比较。结果两组临床治愈率达100%,体温复常时间、主要体征消失时间、肾功能恢复正常时间,阿奇霉素联合大黄组短于阿奇霉素联合丹参组,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:口服阿奇霉素联合大黄治疗恙虫病致肾损害疗效显著,用药顺应性好,值得临床广泛应用。

Conclusion： Oral azithromycin ＋ rhubarb treatment of scrub typhus significant effect of kidney damage, medication compliance, and worthy of wider application.
