中西医结合治疗老年顽固性便秘的临床观察

目的:观察补肾健脾益气润肠类中药配合西药治疗老年顽固性便秘的疗效。方法:将120例老年顽固性便秘患者随机分为两组,治疗组67例,采用自拟中药方结合西药治疗,对照组53例,采用市售成药麻仁丸结合西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为79.2%,两组比较治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:补肾健脾益气润肠类中药结合西医肠道动力药标本同治,具有良好固本培元、润肠通便之功,能有效促进肠道传输功能恢复。
