Creation of New R&D Mode of New Medicine from Plants

从药用植物中筛选出有效先导物,不仅对植物新药研发意义重大,也成为化学新药研发的重要源泉。但是,从植物中研发新药困难重重。作者通过借鉴中医药学的科学规律,将医学临床设计为主要研发平台,使用独创的整体状态检测技术,在确保绝对安全的前提下,直接将人体作为新药先导物筛选及新药研发全过程的测试体,结合现代制药研发技术及标准,创建了一种从单味植物(包括中药)中开发新药的新模式。

To find lead compound from plants is not only important for R＆D of new herbal medicines but also becomes an important source for R＆D of new chemical medicines. Unfortunately, it is very difficult. In order to facilitate development of new medicine from plants, I herewith present a new mode for R＆D. This new mode is based on the scientific essence of Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses a specific method called W.C.M. （Whole condition measurement）, which uses the medical practice as R＆D platform, and also uses directly the human body as a tool for selecting lead compounds and during complete period of R＆D, and in full accordance with the modern pharmaceutical technology ＆ standards.
