And employment rate is a window to show the strength and level of wholly running a school, meanwhile, it indicates a series of working level, such as teaching reform and construction, major and setting, teaching quality, each management and service and so on. The issue of obtaining employment of higher vocational graduates mainly embodies the imbalance of obtaining employment mainly. To solve the issue of employment of the higher vocational graduates, first we must resolve the imbalance issue of the employment.
