Research on Establishing the Group of Project Management Talents Staff

在现实的人力资源中,很多中小监理企业无视梯队建设,只依靠市场的供给,往往无法满足人力资源需求,造成人员队伍无法长期而稳定,人力资源匮乏,这种现象就是"酱缸现象"。监理企业应制定有效的关键岗位配置和后备人才甄选计划,建立企业的人才梯队。人才培养和梯队建设保证了企业可持续发展而实现企业的战略目标。

For the human resources, many management enterprises have it relying on the supply from the market but ignoring establishing their own group of project management talents staff. Therefore, these enterprises always can not have enough human resources because of its instability and scarcity, and this is called ＂Jianggang phenomenon＂. This paper introduces a plan of having the successor for key posts and reserving the talents; explains the importance and long-term of establishing the talents staff for management enterprises： it ensures the enterprises＇ sustainable development and reach the enterprises＇ strategy goal.
