摘要
论述高等教育强国的内涵,即坚持重点建设与带动整体发展的道路,建立多元化的高等教育质量保证体系。高等教育要坚持国际标准,推动高等教育国际化,充分发挥高等学校在建设高等教育强国中的作用。
In this paper the author expatiates on the connotation of a power in higher education, which means adhering to the principle of key construction and the promotion for the whole development, and establishing a pluralistic system of quality assurance in higher education. The international standards should be upheld to promote the internationalization of higher education. The purpose is to give full play to the role of colleges and universities.
