联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Aerosol Inhalation of Pulmicort Respules and Bricanyl in Treatment of AECOPD

目的:观察氧气驱动雾化吸入普米克令舒联合博利康尼在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)中的临床疗效。方法:将76例AECOPD患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各38例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加普米克令舒1 mg和博利康尼5 mg氧气驱动雾化吸入,每天2次;对照组仅用常规治疗。两组均以5 d为观察时限标准,观察临床症状、体征、动脉血气分析的变化及副作用。结果:两组临床症状、体征、血气分析比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:普米克令舒联合博利康尼雾化吸入治疗AECOPD疗效肯定,且无明显副作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effectiveness of aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules and bricanyl in treatment of AECOPD. Methods：76 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control and treatment group. The control group was received only regular therapy, the treatment group was received twice per day aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules（ 1 nag） and bricanyl（5 nag） driven by oxygen in addition to the regular therapy. During the 5 - day treatment period, changes of clinical symptoms , physical signs and the blood gas content were recorded and analyzed. Results： Clinical symptoms and signs, blood gas were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Inhalation of pulmicort respules and hricanyl has a significant beneficial effect in reversing AECOPD symptoms, and there is no obvious side effect.
