摘要
针对300 MW机组采用滑参数停机时调节级温度下降速度慢的问题,提出了300 MW汽轮机配置快冷系统是必要的。介绍了快冷条件、方式及快冷装置和运行情况。采用快速冷却代替自然冷却的实践证明,快速冷却可以使机组的冷却时间缩短一半以上,从而可以提高机组的投运时间。
Aiming at the problems that the temperature lowering speed at regulating class is too slow under sliding parameter outage conditions of a 300 MW unit, the necessity of adding a fast cooling system to the 300 MW turbine is stressed. An introduction is being presented to the fast cooling condition, way and device as well as to the operation conditions of the system. Actual application shows that with fast cooling instead of natural cooling, half of the cooling time may be economized.
