摘要
汽轮发电机组运行中负荷波动一直是个难于解决的问题。机组自动化程度的提高虽明显地改善了负荷的稳定性,但由于热电元件、配汽机构仍然存在各种问题,负荷波动现象依然存在。以DEH调节系统为例,对控制和配汽机构进行了分析,重点探讨了引发负荷波动的机理和原因,提出有效的解决方案。
Load fluctuation is always a tough problem to solve for turbine-generator sets. Although with the rising of automation degree, load stability has been improved quite a lot, the fluctuation trouble still exists due to various problems lying in the thermoelectric element and steam distribution system. Taking DEH control system as an example, the control and steam distribution mechanism are elaborated while the causes of load fluctuation analyzed, and hence an effective solution scheme proposed.
