摘要
轴承发热是大型离心风机常见的故障,严重影响锅炉的安全运行。分析了郑煤集团东风电厂离心式风机故障的原因,得出是由轴封盘根与轴之间的软摩擦引起的。介绍了更换轴承的具体处理方法。
Overheating troubles are frequently encountered by bearings of large centrifugal fans. Based on analysis of the centrifugal fans in Dongfeng Power Plant of Zhengzhou Coal Industrial （Group） Co. Ltd., the overheating failure is found to be caused by soft friction between the gland packing and the shaft, for which countermeasures are proposed.
