摘要
对扬州诚德钢管有限公司生产的P91耐热合金钢管的生产工艺和常温及高温力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,其生产的P91钢管的生产工艺合理,常温和高温力学性能均符合ASME SA335和GB 5310标准,最小二乘法推导出在600℃、10万h下的持久强度为89.2MPa。
Experimental tests were performed to study the processing technology, room and high temperature properties of P91 heat resistant alloy steel tubes manufactured by Yangzhou Chengde Steel Tube Co. Ltd. Results show that the processing technology is reasonable, and both the room and high temperature mechanical properties can meet the requirements of ASME SA335 and GB5310. The 10^5h creep rupture strength at 600℃ is 89.2MPa derived by least square method.
