Polysilieon is the primary material to produce solar PV （photovohaic） battery, a new environment-friendly energy source. This paper first summarizes the polysilicon production technology and the development method of it, and then focuses on the description of the integrated solution to polysilicon reduction furnace and the supporting scheme for target users.
